Philippe Merk and Jérôme Biard acquire a majority shareholding.

From July, all services are united under one roof in Tavannes.

Jérôme Biard becomes CEO.

Complete renovation of the Tavannes facility and integration of all services (assembly, quality control, logistics, and shipping) at a single site.
