Since its inception, Roventa-Henex has been committed to producing excellent products, fostering ethical business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. These pillars guide all our efforts and are deeply ingrained in our corporate ethos.

In line with our ongoing commitment to these principles, we are currently joining the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) to standardize our practices and strengthen our corporate policy. This initiative aims to ensure that our interactions with all our partners, collaborators, and products are built on a foundation of responsible business, ethics, social responsibility, and environmental care.

Every year, Roventa-Henex commits to exercising due diligence regarding human rights and its whole supply chain. Additionally, Roventa-Henex has established a complaint management procedure for incidents within the supply chain. These elements are consolidated in our annual compliance report :

Ethical Supply Assurance

Ethics is a core priority for Roventa-Henex. As a member of the Responsible Jewellery Council, we adhere to ethical, environmental, human rights, and social well-being practices throughout our supply chain, particularly concerning gold, diamonds, and colored gemstones.

We insist that all our suppliers sign our Supplier Code of Conduct, covering essential aspects such as general conditions, requirements for responsible supply chain usage, working conditions, human rights respect, environmental preservation, sustainable product development, tendering procedures, and compliance.
We also require greater transparency from our suppliers regarding their own supply chains, ensuring they communicate these requirements to their subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance. Furthermore, we regularly visit each of our suppliers to ensure adherence to the principles outlined in our code of conduct.

In this regard, Roventa-Henex has established a clear policy defining our position on major risks associated with human rights violations and conflict financing, thereby aligning with the due diligence requirements set by the RJC :
